When you choose to work with our dedicated team and approve the proposal, we make sure you get a comprehensive quote with clear start and end dates. Our team quickly coordinates with suppliers and partners to ensure your bathroom renovation runs smoothly, from demolition to finishing.

Breakdown

Usually we start by demolishing the current bathroom, unless it is a new construction project. Upon completion, we remove all construction waste to minimize disruption to your routine. If desired, we can also provide a comfortable mobile bathroom during the renovation.

Build

Eens alle leidingen en afvoeren voorzien zijn, gaan we over tot de installatie van het door jou gekozen meubel, bad en/of douche, toilet,.... Ook de afwerking wordt door ons team van A tot Z verzorgd.

Delivery

Thanks to our close cooperation with suppliers and partners, we move forward quickly and deliver your bathroom within the agreed time. You can also count on us for future maintenance and service.

This is the first conversation in which we discuss your needs and review the space you want to have renovated.

Bespoke offers
After this conversation you will receive a completely non-binding offer by e-mail. This offer remains valid for 30 days after our introductory meeting.

Ordering materials
You have the option to order and deliver materials yourself or leave this to us.

Planning
Together we will discuss the start date and completion date of the project.

Start of the renovation
On the agreed date, make sure that the space is ready for the renovation and that, if applicable, the materials are in place.

Delivery
When we are ready, we will check together whether everything is to your satisfaction, so you fully enjoy the results!

Cost
All our projects are tailor-made. This means that we prepare a design that matches your specific wishes and budget.

P.A. Bouw heeft mijn toilet gerenoveerd. Voorafgaand aan de renovatie waren er wat problemen met de communicatie maar na een goed gesprek is dit verbeterd. Omdat ik gedurende de verbouwing in het buitenland verbleef werd ik goed op de hoogte gehouden van de vordering. Ik ben zeer tevreden over het eindresultaat. Het afwerkingsniveau is hoog en er werd netjes gewerkt. Pavel denkt mee en heeft kwaliteit hoog in het vaandel staan. Ik raad P.A. Bouw dan ook ten zeerste aan.

They estimated the work to be finished in less then 3 weeks but it turn out to be almost four. We know that this kind of work can sometimes delay but we struggled a bit with communication. In Dec'2022 I have decided to approach P.A.Bouw company for a construction work at my home. It was purely based on the positive google reviews I have chosen this company. Basically I wanted to extend an extra bed room with an attached bathroom in the first floor of my house. They started the work on the exact agreed date. The workers are very skilled and they have the complete knowledge about what they are doing. Most of the work has been completed during the initial 4-6 weeks and the good thing is easily accessible by phone in case of any discussions. I can really recommend this company for people who are looking for new construction or renovations.

Tevreden over onze mooie nieuwe badkamer. Er werd goed meegedacht en advies gegeven hoe we de badkamer na ontwerp verder konden vormgeven. En al waren er hier en daar wat dingen die niet helemaal vlekkeloos verliepen, de communicatie met Pavel was altijd goed en problemen zijn opgelost. En communicatie en oplossinggerichtheid is voor mij toch waar het om draait bij uitbesteden van werkzaamheden.
